The chair of the Fv-FMG hosts the biweekly board meetings and is the primary contact person for the employees of the UvA. Daren represents the Fv-FMG towards the outside and inside world.

The secretary has two main functions, making the minutes during board meetings and maintaining the e-mail address of the Fv-FMG. Selim informs and then forwards all e-mails to the right persons within the board.

The treasurer is responsible for all the money in the Fv-FMG. Karla created a budget plan at the beginning of the year and does her best to hold to it. This position is very important for the two events the Fv-FMG hosts and the normal functioning of the association. 

The book sale coordinator works together with all study associations within the FMG to get study books to the right students, through the Smartbooks Bookstore. The FMG Borrel committee holds borrels regularly for the members of Fv-FMG. It provides a great opportunity to connect and boost inner-relationships. Pim is responsible for setting up the meetings for the Borrel committee

Having joined the board late, Rosa has taken on the role of supporting the other board members. While her board is small, she dedicates herself both to leading Pegasus and being an active member in the Fv-FMG board.

The public relations coordinator maintains all the social media and is responsible for the promotion of FMG events together with the event committees. Nadia is responsible for the channels of communications to the public.

The FMG activity, is led by the activity coordinator. A big congress is held as an interdisciplinary educational event for all students of the eight associations in the FMG. Alexia is responsible for everything surrounding this activity.

The yearly FMG party is a social event for all nine associations within the FMG. It is an occasion where all the students merge together and meet each other in an informal way. Maria works together with the party committee on hosting an extremely fun party.

Scientia Calix is the official sports tournament within the members of Fv-Fmg. David is responsible for coordinating the Scientia Calix committee, which expects to hold one football and one volleyball tournament.
